Owner/Speech-Language Pathologist

Stephanie believes in helping adults regain communication to maintain their social lives and strengthen their interactions with friends and family. She utilizes evidence-based practice and person-centered care to improve her patients’ outcomes. She goes above and beyond making sure each client and their families feel comfortable and confident in the care they receive.

For 20 years, Stephanie has specialized in treating adults with neurological impairments affecting speech, language, cognitive and swallowing function. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders from Butler University and holds a Master of Arts in Communication Disorders from Truman State University.  She is licensed in the states of Illinois and Missouri and certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). Her clinical interests are stroke, TBI, aphasia, cognitive disorders, dysphagia (swallowing disorders) and treating Parkinson’s patients (LSVT certified).

In her free time, Stephanie can be found spending time with her husband, three sons and daughter. She is active in her church and community.
